Biennial Conference – September 2025
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The 2025 Conference took place in York from the 1st – 5th September. It was a huge success and saw the launch of the Association for Exploring the Dynamics of Adult Attachment (AEDAA).<\/h3>\n

The biennial Conference in 2027 will be hosted by the AEDAA Steering Committee.\u00a0 Follow this link<\/a> to find more details about the Association.<\/h3>\n

Two year training programme – Using TABEIS and GCEA as a guide for working as an exploratory Psychotherapist.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Membership of the two-year training programme is by invitation only.<\/p>\n

A 7th cohort of practitioners, who are based in Slovakia, began in June 2023.\u00a0 The training is being facilitated by Una McCluskey and Nicola Neath.<\/h3>\n

An 8th cohort of practitioners began in the UK in September 2024, facilitated by Una McCluskey, Joanna Stevens and Brenda Irwin.<\/p>\n

A 9th cohort of practitioners began training in Slovakia in January 2025, facilitated by Una McCluskey and Jonathan Egan.<\/p>\n

Those seeking training need to complete a Readiness for Training application form as part of the assessment criteria.\u00a0 Participation in the\u00a0 training programme will usually require completion of at least two experiential courses and one biennial Conference.\u00a0 If you are interested in training in the McCluskey Model, please get in touch.<\/p>\n

Research
\n<\/strong>The Research Programme is based on data collected from the ongoing experiential groups.\u00a0 \u00a0It was set up by Dr Dorothy Heard and Dr Una McCluskey and is continuing under the guidance of Una McCluskey, following the death of Dorothy Heard in January 2015.<\/h4>\n
